Guys, I need your help, immediately! :)? - green egg table plans
I lose (about 15 pounds lost), I lose the fat in the hips / thighs. I ate the following schedule:
Breakfast: 1 boiled egg
Of oats with milk
1 yoghurt Lite
Snack: 1 apple and watermelon chunks
Lunch: 3 tablespoons yellow rice with salad leaves
Snack: 1 apple + 2 McVitie Magenbrot
Snack: 1 apple, 1 peach
Beverages: Green Tea
Dinner: 4 slices whole wheat bread 5 slices at lunch with chicken and vegetable salad
Snack: 1 apple + 2 Light McVitie Magenbrot
Beverages: Green Tea
I eat healthy? Should I reduce my inclusion of certain things? DoConsider the number of books that I do when I want to lose the whole day (but of course with 2 or fewer apples per day, today was difficult for me to test =!) What types of exercises are helpful in the field of weight loss hip ?
+ I tend to drink much water
