Is it possible to produce watery cervical mucus and not ovulate? - watery mucus period

I was mapping my cm and on the day of my lil time, I was very dry on day 10 and is now on my 14 "will leave more water in my underwear all wet, but you can produce fertile cm and not ovulate?

Yes, very possible. Your cervical mucus will increase by estrogen and estrogen, if the CM is watery and controlled start to produce more. LH is the hormone that do not have the release of the egg and is expected to control a high number of estrogen CM, and still ovulate. If you are fertile CM for several days or if you have patches of fertile CM for in their cycle, then it is likely to occur ovulation.
